It was such a great evening, mingling wit the best of the best in the wedding industry. We also had an opportunity to meet and speak with The Knot Magazine Senior Editor, Anja Winnika, unbelievably down to earth and sweet, from the New York office, Bernadette Bailey, VP of local Relationship Marketing, Susana Diharce, Senior Event Coordinator, as well as some of the other fantastic Knot Magazine staff, including our own local, Cindy Elley.
Thank you to all out amazing vendor friends who made this evening so incredible. Jennifer Dommel, of Lost Mission, who let us use Lost Mission ( www.lostmission.com ) as the venue to host The knot Party. The floral and decor was beyond amazing, thanks to Seeds of Love and their incredibly talented floral designer, Hallie Lockwood. (www.seedsoflovesa.com) and Letty Chavez of Freesia Design. (www.freesiadesign.com). Frank Burton of Event Ignition (www.eventignition.com) lit up Lost Mission like the 4th of July. His lighting capabilities are by far the best in the industry. he had the entire grounds, indoor and outdoor, lit up beautifully. Wade, of Party Thyme catering knocked the ball out of the park with an incredible spread of truly amazing and beyond creative buffet stations. (www.partythymecatering.com) Loretta and her very talented staff of Heavenly Gourmet put together the most incredible dessert station I have ever seen! (www.heavenlyg.com) The photographer was WEST VIDA and I was able to see a few sneak peaks of the photos he took last night. He is way talented! Love him! I can not wait to have copies to post, so I can show off this amazing event of what the super talented vendors put together last night.
I have to give a personal and heartfelt thank you to SAWEC's own MELANIE URESTI. She is a jewel, and the effort and hard work she put into this event, as she does all the events we do, makes SAWEC what it is. I love you Mel!
The photos I took on my iphone do not do the event justice, so I am waiting for the photographers photos to post pics of this amazing evening.
However, I can resist sharing just a few behind the scene photos.;)
