Mr. and Mrs. Richard Stella

Congratulations to one of my all time FAVORITE couples, Richard And Angie Stella!!

I have had the pleasure of working with them for well over a year, and I was so happy to see them finally married! The weekend started with many guest arriving from out of town, they came from all around, from California to New Jersey. They held their rehearsal dinner at Rio Plaza, one of our favorite event venues for rehearsal dinners. Their ceremony on Saturday was at St. Mary's Church downton, with a cocktail reception held in The St. Anthony Club followed by dinner and dancing in the Peruax Room of the St. Anthony Hotel. Some wonderful memories were brought back AND made at the reception. Angela's Father, Frank Pena was able to spend time with 3 of his childdhood friends. One of them brought a photo of the 4 of them as kids, and we were able to have a new photo taken of them in the same pose all these years later. New memeories were made by Rich's groomsmen at table 5, who were so much fun, and definitely the life of the party. Those Jersey Boys know how to keep a party rocking and rolling!
CONGRATULATONS to Rich and Angie! XOXO!

Estela and Don

A few weeks ago, Estela and Don took their engagement session on the road to Uvalde with McGreevy-Squier Photography (www.mcgreevysquierphoto.com). They headed over to their friend's ranch for elegant country romance. The wedding is going to be at the Alamo Heights Church with the reception at the beautiful McNay Museum of Art. Their wedding is celebrating their love in a unique way...by "Flying away with me". Since Don is a pilot and Estela loves to travel they are fantastic together. I can't wait to be apart of their special day together.
Check them out below.

The bridal session is coming soon...

Sharon and John

Today, I met Sharon at Alfred Angelo to have her wedding dress fitting. She looked exquisite in her white strapless with beautifully laced coat. We had lots of fun trying on different jewelry and adding her vail and swarovski crystal headband... love it!

Then, we were off to our new office to go over wedding details with her fiance John. The minute I met them I knew they would be a fun couple to work with. Thank goodness we saved room for cake...we headed to Cakes and More (www.cakesandmoresa.com) and finalized their order with Cynthia. Yummy her citrus cake is truly one of a kind.

Tasting at the St. Anthony

Tracy and Jose arrived in San Antonio on Saturday to visit with her matron of honor and husband. After their tour of the famous Alamo, we met up at the St.Anthony where the reception will take place. We sampled different passed apps and entrees and finalized the menu for their celebration.

We also set the table with a mockup from Seeds of Love (http://www.seedsoflovesa.com/) and linens from Got it Covered (http://www.gotitcoveredsa.com/). Tracy and Jose have picked marine blue and fushia pink as their wedding colors.

Love the pink roses!

Last week...

Last week Theresa and I visited TLC invitations to look for save the dates and wedding invitations. We were successful and found some neat save the dates with their childhood pictures in black and white then when you open the invite there is a current picture of them. :) Too cute.
TLC invitations is going to create a custom wedding invitation and we will head back this week. I can't wait to see it!
